HOW DO I GET NO DUPLICATES? Use the email address you used to place your prior Nine Releases and Release By The Nine orders. We will ensure that none of the sets you have previously ordered are included.

HOW DO I BLACKLIST A SPECIFIC ARTIST/SET? If you specify in your purchase note that you do not want a set, you may opt to add up to three artists or sets to your blacklist.

WHATS A PERSONALIZED WEBPAGE? Every customer who orders a mystery box will have a webpage that is specifically tailored to them. This page will have your name on it as well as a virtual unpacking experience that takes you to a hub with all the instructions required.

DOES IT ALL SHIP TOGETHER? Most items will ship together, however please give it one to three days to arrive if a card that is part of your personalized webpage is missing. This will only take place in the event that the item is too large to fit within the mystery box.
